Optimistic about reinstating service between Missoula and Billings, transcontinental coverage

It looks promising that we will be able to reinstate services between Missoula and Billings within a week. With tweaks to some other routes, this will enable travel across the country. Getting services going on US 93 between Missoula and Whitefish; I-15 between Butte and Great Falls, and I-94 between Billings and North Dakota will be more challenging.

Hopefully Rimrock can get things turned around soon. I think that there is a pressure to keep buses on the road, and no one is making enough money to have a lot of spare buses, and the level of staff that is probably necessary to keep all the vehicles in tip-top shape all the time.

So instead of reimbursing the customer there money, we have to now wait until the company gets there shit straight!. And now the customer has to spend more money to get back home.

Kathy, I’m sorry for your frustration. I understand the burden this is putting on everyone, and that is why I got involved. I’m coordinating with other providers to provide coverage until Rimrock is able to get up and going again. The other providers are working through the logistics; I think we should have an update around lunch time. If I get any information from Rimrock about the unused portion of tickets, I’ll post it here.

Kathy, I got information from Rimrock. They are reimbursing the unused portion of the ticket with proof of purchase. Send the original ticket to this address. I’d suggest keeping a copy.
